A nonprofit community organization committed to helping individuals reenter the workforce and rebuild their lives in Northern Kentucky.
CCRM Works is a nonprofit community organization based in Northern Kentucky. Founded in 2011, we exist to serve individuals who are reentering the community after incarceration, providing them with the employment resources and support they need to succeed.
We understand that finding employment after incarceration is one of the most significant challenges returning citizens face. That's why we work tirelessly to connect people with employers, job training, and community resources that make a real difference.
Our team is made up of dedicated volunteers and staff who are passionate about creating pathways to employment and helping individuals build stable, fulfilling lives.
To provide NKY reentry employment resources that empower returning citizens to find meaningful work, achieve financial stability, and contribute positively to their communities.
A Northern Kentucky where every individual returning from incarceration has access to the employment resources and community support needed to build a successful, self-sufficient life.
Everything we do is guided by a commitment to dignity, opportunity, and community.
We approach every individual with empathy and respect.
We believe in the power of connection and collective support.
We are driven by meaningful outcomes for the people we serve.
We operate with transparency, honesty, and accountability.
