Who We Are
CCRM Works is a nonprofit community organization based in Northern Kentucky. Founded in 2011, we exist to serve individuals who are reentering the community after incarceration, providing them with the employment resources and support they need to succeed.
We understand that finding employment after incarceration is one of the most significant challenges returning citizens face. That's why we work tirelessly to connect people with employers, job training, and community resources that make a real difference.
Our team is made up of dedicated volunteers and staff who are passionate about creating pathways to employment and helping individuals build stable, fulfilling lives.
